Lakeland Surgical & Diagnostic Center Awarded OR Excellence Award for Infection Control Program |

Lakeland Surgical & Diagnostic Center, LLP -- the surgery center often utilized by Watson Clinic surgeons for outpatient procedures -- was recently chosen the winner of the OR Excellence Award in the category of infection control. The winner was selected based on their multifaceted and creative solutions to issues specific to infection control. Their award-winning infection control program will be featured in the upcoming October issue of the Outpatient Surgery magazine.
Representatives from Lakeland Surgical & Diagnostic Center will be recognized in October during a ceremony at the 2010 OR Excellence Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, as well as being featured in the October issue of the Outpatient Surgery magazine.
