Dr. Moskal is a surgical oncologist. He is trained in the surgical treatment of cancers and masses in various areas of the body including skin and melanoma, head and neck, soft tissues, breast, esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, colon and rectum, adrenal, and spleen tumors. He also treats abdomen and pelvic tumors and per for ms vascular access procedures.

He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York City. He did his internship and residency in general surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

He completed a fellowship in surgical oncology at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and a fellowship in surgical oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York.

Dr. Moskal is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

He has performed research in colon, breast, biliary, gastrointestinal and mesothelial tumors and vascular access, and has been published in The Cancer Bulletin, Inter national Journal of Cancer Journal of Surgical Oncology and other publications.

Dr. Moskal is a member of the American Board of Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, and the Michael E. DeBakey International Surgical Society.

He is affiliated with H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in Tampa and Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
